How Does It Work?
Snowcycle Adventure has a mobile fleet of all-terrain Fat bikes. We have multiple guided rides with different durations. Choose your date, destination and duration from our calendar and we will bring all the equipment necessary for the adventure.
What’s included?
Our guided tours include a local guide, premium double suspension fat bike, helmet, and Drink.
How many people do you take per tour?
To provide you with the best service we have guides that will accompany groups up to 6 participants. Our guides are certified in CPR and first aid and can assist in any mechanical issue that may arise.
Do you offer corporate events?
We are more than happy to receive any request, we can design customized itineraries based on your needs.

What languages does the tour guide speak?
Our guides are fluent in English, French and Spanish.
Do I need extra insurance?
All riders should arrange their own medical insurance, and we strongly recommend travel insurance as well for those visiting from abroad.
Is it safe?
In biking there is always a risk to get hurt, like any other sport. But we still think it's safe. We have designed the routes with safety, comfort and natural beauty as a priority and the routes are intended for a easy to moderate paced ride.
Are there age restrictions on your trips?
Our tours are tailored for adults; however, we can accommodate 16 and 17 years old as long as they are accompanied by an adult.
Terms and conditions
This activity is designed for active, healthy persons that know how to ride a bicycle. Ages 16 & 17 years must be accompanied by an adult. Minimum height of 5ft 1inch and maximum of 5ft 10inch and up to a maximum of 275 lbs. The ride is confirmed rain or shine. Unless extreme weather conditions.
CANCELATION AND REFUND POLICY

Any cancellation must be made in writing and must be received 24 hours prior to the activity time to receive a full refund. The refund will be sent within a maximum of 28 days depending on your banking institution based on a written request.

If the cancellation is made within 24 hours or less, the activity is non-refundable, however, the ticket can be transferred to another person if the age, size, and weight is respected, ultimately the activity can be re-schedule through a future credit.
CANCELLATION OF THE ACTIVITY
Snowcycle Adventure Inc. reserves it’s right to cancel any activity. If so, the company is responsible for refunding the full amount. The refund will be sent within a maximum of 28 days depending on your banking institution.
ABSENCE
In the event of a “no show”, there will be no refund issued.
COVID-19
In the case of any exposure, contagious, or positive tested participant, the same Cancellation conditions apply.
